Media Fellowship House’s 2005 Essay Contest
When students in Delaware County were given the opportunity to take part in Media Fellowship House’s essay contest and write about “How Diversity Effects our Lives” more than 100 of them, grades three through eight wrote from their hearts. The essays were so good the judges had a difficult time picking the winners, and in fact awarded Savings Bonds to two third graders because they could not make a decision as to which was the “best.” The young essayists recently read their works for the entire fellowship house board and were awarded their bonds at that time.
